When do I receive my reward?

Rewards are paid after your referral signs a lease AND moves into their unit. Reward details will be shared by our leasing staff.

Who is eligible to earn a reward?

You must be a current College Place resident in good standing at the time of the reward. Your referral must also be a new lead (not already in our system).

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes! You can refer multiple friends and earn multiple rewards, as long as each referral is unique and meets our eligibility criteria.

What if my referral already contacted you?

If your friend is already in our system as a lead, please contact our leasing office at (615) 200-0620. They can help you establish the referral relationship.

How will you contact my referral?

We'll reach out via the contact method they prefer (email or phone) within 1–2 business days. We won't share their info with anyone outside College Place.

Referral Program Terms

Reward Payment

Rewards are paid only after your referral has signed a lease agreement and moved into their unit. Reward details will be shared by our leasing staff.

Referral Requirements

Your referral must be a new lead and not already in our system within the last 30 days. If your friend has already contacted us, we may not be able to process your referral.

Tenant Standing

You must be a current College Place resident in good standing to be eligible for referral rewards. Any unpaid rent, lease violations, or other issues may disqualify you.

Program Changes

College Place reserves the right to modify or end this referral program at any time. We will provide notice if the program is discontinued.

Fraud & Abuse

Any fraudulent or abusive referrals will disqualify you from the program and may result in other actions. This includes fake referrals, incentivizing friends artificially, or other dishonest practices.
